How to use FindMyiPhone app
Download and install the FindMyiPhone application. From a Home screen tab the application to launch it, If prompted, tap Settings and enter the Apple ID and password then tap Sign In.
From the list of available devices your misdemeanor iPhone will show if it is available to find so simply Select a device, (your missing phone) to view it’s location.
The location of your iPhone will now display on the map for you to know where to go get it.
It’s unfortunate sometimes, your missing device will be unavailable for tracking, If the device cannot be located, you see Offline under the device’s name.
However the good news is The last known location is displayed for up to 24 hours, you can Select “Notify me when found” to get an email when it is located again.
