Kanye West sued by a pastor for Using His Sermon on Donda Track “Come to Life” Without His Permission
A Pastor has dragged Kanye West to court for Using His Sermon on one of his tracks on the ‘Donda’ album without his knowledge.
The Pastor identified aa Bishop David Paul Monten revealed his sermon was used on the Track “Come to Life” Without His Permission.

According to him, Kanye used his 70 seconds sermon in the 5-minute, 10-second track which to him is more than 20 percent of the song hence the need to settle things with him.
The Bishop slammed Kanye and the the entire music industry for willfully and egregiously sampling sound recordings of others without consent or permission.
