There’s Trouble in In Paradise for Young Nigerian singr, Joeboy as Legendary singer cum Songwriter, Asa sues him for N300 million over copyright infringement.
According to Asa, Joeboy’s new song titled “Contour” samples her work without her consent and she is taking legal steps to get her own share of it.
She served Joeboy the legal notice on September 30th in which she demands that the alcohol hitmaker remove the song from all digital platforms within 24 hours, issue a written apology, pay N300 million, and assign her a sixty-percent publishing split.
Joeboy and his team are yet to respond to the Allegations and his fans are highly waiting to see how it unfolds.
