A family in Anambra State decided to do the unusual with The corpse of of one of their member.
The deceased Dr. Luke Nkanele had been in mortuary for about four months when they decided it was burial time.
According to close sources, the departed had valuable status in the family and therefore his loss had tremendous impact for the family.
Rather than they laying him home down in peace in a casket, they opted to dress him up in his Knight of St Mulumba attire, made him to stand on his feet somehow and stated taking turns of photo sessions.
This practice is common among certain East African tribes. But never heard of in this shores. We do hope this act, which has gone viral, will not become common sight in our society.
