It’s not the best of news coming out for fans of American Rapper, Rod Wave as it has been confirmed that the Musician is under arrest.
Rod was arrested for Battery Strangulation and was taken into custody yesterday May 2 in St. Petersburg and still hasn’t been released yet.
A series of videos posted to Rod Wave’s Instagram story depict him driving in St. Petersburg and listening to music; the last showed him outside, his face illuminated by the lights of a police car
The offense is a third-degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of five years.
This doesn’t look good at all for the Rapper if he should be charged.
