Barcelona send Good Luck message to Lionel Messi for his Ballon D’or Nomination

Spanish heavyweight FC Barcelona has made a nice gesture towards Lionel Messi following his inclusion in the Ballon D’or nomination.

The former Barcelona captain has been listed among the 30 finalists for this year’s World Beat Player of the year awards popularly refereed to as Ballon D’or.

Reacting to Messi’s inclusion, The Catalan based club took to their Twitter handle to wish him the best of lick despite him not being their player anymore.

“👏 Leo Messi among the 30 finalists for the #BallondOr. Good luck, Leo!” The club wrote

Messi made a sensational exit from the Camp Nou this summer to join French side PSG as a free agent but Barcelona still remember the magical moments he gave them.
