ECG taskforce storms the Tema Oil Refinery to disconnect power over Ghs27m debt

A taskforce sent by the Electricity Company of Ghana has reportedly disconnected power supply to to Tema Oil Refinery.

The oil Refinery firm which is a government owned one is reportedly owing an amount Ghs 27 million as debt to the Electricity Company.

After all attempts to get them pay the debt failed, ECG was left with no option than to treat the oil establishment equally as other non governmental organizations by disconnecting power for them.
