Ghanaian Rapper, Obrafour sues Drake over copyright infringement

Legendary Ghanaian Musician, Obrafour has dragged Renowned Canadian born Rapper, Drake to court over copyright infringement.

Obrafour is suing Drake with a $10m lawsuit for the usage of portions of his song “Oye Ohene RMX’ in ‘Calling My Name’ without permission.

The Ghanaian star nicknamed, the Rap executioner is heading into a legal battle with US rapper sampling his work.

According to court documents sighted by our team, Drake had reached out to Obrafour earlier to use the said work.

However, Obrafour did not respond to Drake’s request but the Canadian musician went ahead to release the song.
