The five juvenile suspects standing trial for their roles in allegedly stabbing a Form One student leading to his death have been remanded into police custody.
The suspects as named by the Ghana Police Service are, Emmanuel Osei Frimpong alias Tupac, Akwasi Amoah Karikari alias Demon, Kwame Afrane Snr, Kwame Afrane Jnr and Obed Agyei,
They were arraigned at the District Court, which also serves as a Juvenile Court, today, Monday, November 8, presided over by Her Worship Miss Joyce Bamfo.
The suspects were hit with provisional charges of Abetment of Murder, and Murder Contrary to Sections 20 and 46 of the Criminal Offences Act (Act 29).
All five suspects are to reappear on Monday, November 15, 2021.
