Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, well Medikal, has been remanded into prison custody for five days for allegedly brandishing a gun in public.
Medikal was arrested on Thursday for allegedly brandishing a fire arm on social media.
He was expecting to at least have some freedom with a bail but that just didn’t happened and he will now spend the next 5 days behind bars.
The rapper, who was charged at the Accra Circuit court Friday (Oct 22) with display of arm and ammunition was denied bail by the court presided over by Mr Emmanuel Essandoh.
He is to re-appear on Oct 26, 2021.
