A huge report we are gathering from Nigeria indicates, Head Coach Augustine Eguavoen is set to give up on his role with the Super Eagles.

Austin Eguavoen has submitted resignation letter to step down as head coach of the Super Eagles after failing to qualify Nigeria for the Qatar 2022 WorldCup.

The entire Nigerian country was thrown into a complete state of disbelief when the Black Stars of Ghana stepped into the Abuja Stadium and snatched a World Cup ticket right under their nose.

One man given the heaviest blame is no other person than head Coach Augustine Eguavoen whom many described as tactically bankrupt.

Well, he isn’t sitting down to get the embarrassing sack and he is doing the needful himself to step down for someone else to take the hot seat.

The former Nigeria international is expected to return to his former role of Technical Director at Nigeria Football Federation.
