FIFA has placed an indefinite ban on international matches at the Mashood Abiola Stadium in Abuja following the incident that happened on last Tuesday.
It was yet another ugly display by some angry citizens of Nigeria following their defeat to Ghana in the World Cup Playoff.
Fans at the stadium vandalized many properties in a clear statement to Authorities that they ain’t happy about happenings in the country at the moment.
FIFA isn’t concerned about whatever is happening in their country internally anyway and has reacted quickly to what happened.
The punishment for now is that they wouldn’t be able to host any international matches at the same Venue according to multiple sources.
