Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen has gone hard on an X user who made a bold claim that he does not deserve to be crowned African footballer of the year.
The Napoli goal poacher was crowned best male African footballer of the year of the year in a ceremony that took place in Ivory Coast just last week.
Osimhen in excitement, shared a photo of himself and the CAF award leading to reactions on social media.
One notable comment the striker noticed came from Marki who claimed Morrocan international, Achraf Hakimi deserves the award much more for his effort at the 2022 FIFA world cup.
“Hakimi deserves this award more for his contribution to our continent in taking his home team to the World Cup simi-finals.” He wrote
Osimhen quickly responded to the claim with a meme of a man showing a rope in his suit aimed at committing suicide by hanging
His comment is a clear message to the X user to go hang himself if he feels Hakimi deserves the award and that has generated lots of reactions under his post.
