Five armed robbers arrested at about 11.30 pm at Afiadenyigba in the Volta Region by a joint team of police officers and people of the town.
According to reports available to us by the Ghana Police Service, The robbers attacked a shop and shot into a vehicle.
This follows the rampant killing of residents in the area by armed robbers and making away with their valuable goods.
This time around the Police intervened as quick as they could when called upon to save the situation as No casualty was recorded.
The Ghana Police service reinstated that partnership with the community Is the master key to crime fighting in the country.
